This hub brings coaches together to share ideas, learn from experience within the Colts community and support development across all age groups.
It is driven by Brad Eisenhuth, with input from community members who have played or coached at high levels of rugby league.
The goal is simple — share knowledge amongst coaches and help bring quality ideas to life across the season.

Regarding agenda: 1. Welcome and clarifying group goals. 2. Exploring needs / support / priorities across ages. 3. Planning for initiatives - eg skills specific sessions, special guests to club, other ideas from group.
